Potstickers!!! Also known as Chinese Pan Fried Dumplings or just Chinese Dumplings, these irresistible plump babies are pan fried then steamed in a skillet so they’re golden crispy on the underside with a juicy filling inside. Served with a Honey Soy Dipping Sauce.

- Filling: To make the filling; Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well.
- Form: To make each Potsticker, place a tablespoon of filling in the center of a gyoza wrapper. Brush the edges with water, fold in half and press edges to seal. Set potsticker on surface, seam side up, and press lightly to form a flat bottom.
- Oil: Place 1 tablespoon of oil in the skillet, swirl pan to coat bottom, and heat over medium heat.
- Fried and Steamed: Add half of the potstickers to the pan, seam side up, and cook until the bottoms are golden brown, about 3 Minutes. Add 1/3 cup of water, cover, reduce heat to low, and cook until the water is absorbed, about 3 minutes. Remove from the pan.
- Repeat: Cook the remaining potstickers in the same way, first adding the remaining 1 tablespoon of oil to the pan.
- Presentation: Place the potstickers golden brown side up on your serving plate. Serve with dipping sauce.
- Sauce: Whisk together soy sauce, honey, ginger, sesame oil and pepper flashes is a custard cop. Sprinkle with sesame seeds just before serving.
