My take on a Hot Spiked Apple Cider. A perfect Fall beverage.

- In a 4qt pot, add the 1/2 Gallon of Apple Cider, Cinnamon sticks and 1/4 Tsp of Cinnamon powder. Hand squeeze the 1/2 orange into the pot. Bring to a boil slowly and stir consistently to bring out the flavors. Once you achieve a boil, turn the stove to low to maintain some heat on the pot. Add the 6 oz’s of Rum to the pot and stir again to mix it in. With a ladle, distribute to (4) 16oz double walled stainless steel coffee cups. Add a cinnamon stick from the pot to each cup and enjoy.
